POLISH WARRANTYOur eligible pieces are designed to withstand normal everyday contact with water, including hand washing and occasional splashes. For the longest-lasting shine, we still recommend limiting prolonged exposure to pools, salt water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
We stand behind the finish of our jewelry. If an eligible piece experiences premature fading or tarnishing during the warranty period, contact us with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will review your claim.
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing or plating/finish issues under normal use. It does not cover scratches, dents, broken chains, lost items, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
